As an organization with a team of experienced and prestigious national and international trainers, who have much experience and knowledge in training, research and community intervention, during the last 15 years, RTCCD has provided nearly 200 public courses and tailor-made courses for participants from regions throughout Vietnam, in project management and research implementation.
