In the past, the RTCCD has supported the Walter & Eliza Hall Institute in Australia to develop the M&E system for the project ‘Intervention for Hookworm and Anaemia in Yen Bai province’.  The organization also worked closely with the Ministry of Education and Training and UNICEF, Vietnam to build up the M&E indicator No.14 (Percentage of schools with teachers who have been trained in life-skills-based HIV education and who taught it during 2008) for  the National HIV/AIDS M&E Framework.  The RTCCD also has a representative who is joining the Local Fund Agency in Vietnam to provide programmatic M&E for the HIV/TB/Malaria programs supported by the Global Fund Round 1, 3, 6 and 8.

Our service performance is based on three core values that surround expertise and innovation.  We offer dedicated services to our clients and promote the application of ownership, harmonisation, alignment and result by project M&E for local agencies.  RTCCD M&E Consulting works nationally across the Vietnam and are pleased to act as a local M&E consulting agency for overseas organisations that have projects in Vietnam but do not have a registered representative office in the country.
