Our Consultancy team has links across government organizations and non-government organizations (NGOs) in Vietnam and is able to network with universities and research centers in Australia, America and the UK. The RTCCD prioritises project evaluation for intervention strategy development and model evaluation. We operate in a way that incorporates a dynamic interface between users, providers and community contexts to ensure shared participation, exchange of opinions, commitment and support for the project and future project implementation. Analysis conducted by RTCCD is put into the context of the changing political environment of Vietnam thus lessons learned by RTCCD are accurate, current, and support the integrated of future interventions with the local authority’s social development plan. The RTCCD’s strengths in project evaluation and needs assessment is exemplified by the range and depth of experience in these areas. The RTCCD aims to increase the capacity and quality of human resources at the grass-roots level by implementing activities to assist people to carry out their own active research, as well as providing training to support community participation in developmental projects.
